1. This prize draw is governed by The Caravan Club’s standard prize draw terms and conditions. All details on this advertisement and at www.challengerdraw.co.uk form part of The Rules. By entering the draw members agree to be bound by The Rules and The Club's Terms and Conditions.
2. Draw only open to members of The Caravan Club. Only one entry per membership number is permitted.
3. The opening date for this prize draw is 00.01 on 27th August 2010 UK time.
4. The closing date for this prize draw is 24.00 on 17th December 2010 UK time.
5. Entries are made by filling in the entry form above or by the postal coupon in The Club Magazine. Entries must contain the entrant’s full name, address and membership number.
6. The first valid entry drawn randomly will win the all-new Swift Challenger 570. There is no cash alternative.
7. The independently supervised draw will take place by 14th January 2011 and the winner will be notified by post or email to the address provided on the entry form on or before 21st January 2011. The winner must claim the prize according to the instructions in such notification as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date of such notification.
8. Except for any liability arising in relation to death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of The Caravan Club or its employees, The Caravan Club shall have no liability in respect of any loss, harm or
